Inspired by an ancient Japanese massage technique, this simple massage involves twisting, pressing, and draining from the “three necks” of your neck, wrists, and ankles right to the tips of your fingers and toes, approaching the minds and bodies of the busy people of today.

Place an appropriate amount onto the palm of your hand and lather, adding water little by little.

Place an appropriate amount onto your hands and spread right across their skin.
Bring your hands close to your nose and breathe slowly and deeply to enjoy the fragrance.
Stimulate your hand by sliding the thumb of the other hand from the wrist side of the palm toward each fingertip.
Circulation switch While gripping the side of your hand with the four fingers of your other hand, twist it outwards to stretch it.

Place an appropriate amount onto your hands, add hot water, and lather.
Pat the lather around your neck and breathe slowly and deeply to enjoy the fragrance.
Circulation switch Wash one side at a time, as though draining from the center of your chest towards the area under your collarbone. By stimulating the center of your chest (sternum) and the area under your collarbone, you encourage circulation.
Wash your whole body and rinse thoroughly with hot water.
